Women with the herpes virus infection can have healthy children despite the infection, and the risk of transmission to the foetus or newborn baby is low, especially if the infection is acquired before or during the first half of the pregnancy. It is important to know that women may shed the virus with or without symptoms and that they are infectious despite the lack of obvious symptoms. Your partner should do a blood test for the herpes virus and if he is negative, then you should consistently use condoms or dental dams.
I found this site, you can read more about it.

I got diagnosed with herpes simplex virus (type 2) about five years back, when I was still in college and had a foolish one-night stand. I understand a lot of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The worst part was feeling I could never date men again. In the end, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/Itu0O everything improved.
Not only was I able to eradicate all traces of the herpes simplex virus from my system in less than three weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This program provided the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.

yes, you can have kids with herpes. herpes is a viral infection and is not fatal. assuming it is genital herpes, there is a high likelihood that she will pass the herpes on you her child during labor. So she has that risk to deal with, but it doens't prevent you from getting pregnant or carrying a child to full term.

Yes she can. She just needs to take the necessary precautions and definitely tell her OB when she does get pregnant so he can prescribe her a medication to keep it from flaring up during delivery. But yes it is safe to have children.

Definitely...like the lady above said, she can have a Cesarean, or just make sure she takes medication to keep the outbreaks in control.
