If you mean, can a licensed real estate agent also offer insurance products to his clients or vice versa, then the answer is yes. However, you do have to make disclousre to the customers that as agent for both services, you will be compensated on both accounts. There are loan officers who also assit borrowers/buyers with real estate transactions and the regulations prescribe that full disclosure be made to customers that he/she will be compensated on both the loan and as the real estate agent.

Maybe you could expand on your question. Are you referring to working as an employee for 2 different companies? What type of insurance are you referring to? Car insurance? Home insurance?Are you planning on setting up 2 seperate businesses in each sector?
