he has sold all of our prize goats and all of the ones who know how to get out but they are learning new ways to get out he dosnt know what to do anymore

You have to have good fencing if you are going to keep goats in. They will find any weakness.
What works for us is a good quality mesh fence with small openings that they can't push their heads through. It needs to be tall enough so that they can't jump over it. If you run an electric wire along the top that will also discourage them from trying to jump out. You have to make sure that the fence goes ALL the way to the ground in ALL places, otherwise they will find ways to push under it. You also have to make sure there are no gaps between and under all gates. If the gates you are using have wide openings between the pipes or slats, you may have to drill holes and run a wire between so that they can't fit through.
All fences need to be checked often for weak spots and potential problems.

Use 2x4 no-climb wire to make them a pen, and put a hot HOT wire at chest level on the inside of the fence. You have to have a really hot charger, because goats will just grit their teeth and charge a regular hot fence with a normal charger.
Here are a few things to remember
* A fence is as strong as it's weakest link.
* Don't get cheap posts.
* Be prepared for maintenance.
* Some animals require special needs-goats with horns, intact breeding animals or even small kids.
* No fence will hold a hungry, thirsty animal.
* Even a good fence can be challenged by frightened animals, deer, or acts of nature.
* When using electricity, appropriate chargers and grounds are essential, and be prepared to weed-whack .
* Build appropriately for each situation. Permanent fencing should be that-permanent.

Get some goats of the opposite sex to keep them comanpan. Keep a good supply of yummy goat food in the enclosure. Build better fences and gates.

Go to Tractor Supply and get some steel posts and high fencing. Keep things back from the fence.

My dad had the same problem. We had to put cynder blocks inside and outside of the pen all around the bottom. Good Luck.
