Maybe get a brain tumor that causes anurisms, or bursting blood vessels in the brain. which is bad.

Cell phones do not cause cancer. From the way you spell and communicate, people might think you have a brain tumor.

According to the white coats; brain tumors. But there are no hard evidence to back that theory. or at least none i know of.
