In todays society if you want to succeed you need some kind of secondary education. I have always wanted to write and now I am learning "the proper way" to write. As for my goals, by the time I am 30 I hope to have a few novels published, own or at least run a newspaper, and to become the next "Nelly Bly".

I was influenced by my father, he had children by the time he was 17 and had to drop out of school to raise them. He made sure to show us how much a struggle life was without an education and to install a need to learn into our core beings.

However for my career choice I was motivated by my highschool newspaper advisor, Dr Cindy Horchem. I knew I wanted to write but didnt think I had the talent. She gave me great advice and praised my work even when it wanst the greatest out there.

I decided to attend college when I began my own business, there were a lot of issues pertaining to business law and management that I needed to brush up on to run a successful business. I really motivated myself, had I waited on someone else to do that I would probably still be waiting. Sometimes you can't depend on others because not everyone wants you to be successful, so motivation started with me because I wanted a better life. My goals and career go hand in hand, whatever it takes for me to be successful and legal I'm all for it.

I have 2 separate businesses and attend college full time thanks to on line courses, it's not easy sometimes but that's where perseverance comes in. I believe enough in myself to encourage myself to keep on pushing, the sacrifices I make to day will be rewarded in the future. Don't get me wrong I have a lot of support, people giving me advice and encouragement. But just in case they were not there I need to be able to encourage me.

I had gone to college to improve myself, because it offers an structure of knowledge that's useful in the work world.
The disadvantages is that some times is too theoretical and not practical.
The title is just a label.
My first job patrons had shown me the way to master myself in the profession i had chosen.
