whenever I google or yahoo search a drop down shows all previous entries. this is what i want to clear. thanks.

We'd need to know what browser you were using. If it's Firefox (which is what you should have. Far superior to every other browser) it's
tools-->Preferences-->clear private data

try highlighting everything in the drop down box then pressing delete, hope that helps x

clear your history folder, and go to tools, internet options, auto complete, and then hit clear forms

Get CCleaner...it will clean all that stuff.
