Don't you still have your cervix? Hysterectomy is remove of the uterus and tubes only I think?

If so then yes, you still need to get a pap to watch for cervical cancers.

Yes indeedy you do. You need a pelvic exam as well as a pap for vaginal cells to look for vaginal cancer. Don't let anyone tell you anything different.
