Well we are going to share the hotel room, and we are definetly going to eat out, and enjoy the nightlife. We are thinking about going to Mykonos (I think I spelled it correct). And just do mostly sightseeing, look at the ancient ruins and all. Shop for little souveneirs to bring back.

yeah it is enough if you want to settle in a place and not travell much around..
of course it depends on the place you are living in (luxurus hotel or not) and the city you are planning to go
my suggestion is to go to an aegean island than staying to Athens or Thessaloniki
you can try Chalkidiki (noth Greece 1.5 hours from Thessaloniki)

It is beautiful at spring time
Or Pilio near the city Volos for ...mountain like holidays

Thus I must say that 1.500 for 2 weeks is a serious amount for a normal - scheduled holidays
Average wages here are from 700 - 900 euro
but as i said, if you want to travel around and eat at restaurants a lot,you must add at least 500 e per person

Have a nice time here

Ps. try travel agencies (for Greece) i am sure you can find many alternatives with lower price

Ps.2 Mykonos is one of the most expensive places - i think 3000 e are not enough

Well, do keep in mind that this price excludes air fair!!!
If you want to spend 2 weeks in Greece, and get the lot out of it,
you must book Hotel rooms from US. Hotels are quite Xpensive
in Athens and much more in Myconos!!!. So, best is to prebook
Hotels and exclude Tickets from the suggested price ; if so, you will enjoy some blue sky and nice whereabouts!

It can be done...just remember that one dollar will buy about .75 euro cents. Look at Yahoo finance...they have a good currency converter. That much money wont get you very far if you are planing on staying in the touristy areas as the prices are astronomical.

Should be, if you have already purchased your plane ticket. There are nice hostels that you can stay at for @ $7 a night!! Do some research online before you go to see if you can find where these hostels are. My husband did a couple months there for close to that same amount! They don't overprice things as much there as they do in the states...

ive only examine your question,as long as your not out each and every nighttime in the pubs you`ll cope with completely properly, that's somewhat high priced if your ingesting out each and every nighttime too,eat around the pool in the process the day with snacks like toasties as they are served with salad and chips, and the donuts that come around on a each and on a daily basis foundation bought by ability of distributors are to die for and are so enormous they could be filling too, purchase bread cheese and chilly meat and make sandwiches in the process the day as yet another determination, and have foodstuff out in interior reach tavernas,if its solid adequate for the interior reach people then that's going to be super for you, solid success, and have a wicked trip and don`t issue, artwork on a each and on a daily basis budget then you definately wont run out of money.

If you have to buy airplane ticket from that $3K, it wouldn't be enough. But last week of spring isn't so expensive.
If you already have tickets and you are planing to spend all 3K, you and your friend can spend months in Greece.

Barely! You should choose very cheap accommodation and try to spend very moderately...
I hope that airfaire is not to be estimated within this amount...

No, you should figure about $6,000, including air fare.
