How can I allow customer to pay using their checking accounts on my web site?

I already have it set up for them to recieve payments with the credit / debit card but I know their is a different process for them to enter their checking account #. Does anyone have any advice?

That's not safe, no one would want to do that. You need to use PayPal.

Try using PayPal to accept payments. You can set up PayPal to pay using your Checking Account number.
