success with the ladies I'm attracted to.. and no, I'm not considering the 'other alternative'. I figure there must be some upsides to remaining single the rest of your life. Thanks.

there are positive points to being a bachelor
- not having someone tell you to put the toilet seat down
- not being bothered with having pick up your dirty clothes off the floor
- getting to the dishes when u feel like it or not really having any besides throw aways
- not having to account for time by yourself
-spending money how and when you wanna

but if none of these sound good to you, maybe you should talk to your ex-girlfriends and see what the common denominator is so you can fix it before you get involved with someone you really like
who knows....the next one could work

Man, I was a Bachelor until I was 33 and never thought about marriage, until I met my soulmate and we had a son. There are advantages to being married, but I do miss being a bachelor. I'd say the main advantage of being a bachelor is that you don't have to answer to anyone. You can basically do as you please with no hindrances and you don't have to hear anyone complaining about what you do. You also get the freedom to see anyone you want. The one downside of staying a bachelor is when you get older, you're going to want some companionship and being alone won't seem as glamorous. If you can find that special someone, I'd do my best to stick with her and just adjust to it. It will definitely pay off in the long run. I don't think you want to grow a lonely old man.

Life is good no matter what, dont get to down on yourself. Just enjoy everyday that goes by, day by day. Look carefully at what you do and appreciate every moment. Dont worry about being alone you have your friends and family.

I don't think for a second that you really want 'reasons' to want to stay single. I bet you have alot of 'girl friends', maybe you should be a little more assertive and ask some of them out on dates. Most woman like an assertive man. Gentle but aggressive. Best of luck to ya, Stan.

Not much need for life insurance, unless you've got a niece or nephew you want to surprise.

You can come and go as you please, without answering to anyone.

There's nobody to complain if you want to fix peanut butter and baloney sandwiches for supper all week.
