I tripped up the curb 10 days ago and as I fell I put my hands down on the floor just as a reaction. My wrist has been hurting since then, not really bad, just little twinges, and it hurts to put pressure on it to open a door or push myself up off a chair and so on.
I know time will heal, and its not a real problem, but is there anything that will help it heal a little faster?

If you have one you might want to wrap it with an ace bandage. If there is any swelling try an ice pack for about 15min. at a time. You can try Advil or Tylenol for the pain. If it doesn't start to get better within a couple of days you might want to go to your doctor and have them take X-Rays. Hope this helps and feel better fast!
