I've been really digging the Gorillaz, they have their own distinct sound. Is there anyone else that exists that sounds similar to them? Also, I really enjoy the song Galvanize by Chemical Brothers. Is there anything else out there that sounds similar to them?

If you like Gorillaz you should check out Blur (mainly the self titled CD). That's the guitarist/singer from Blur's other band. You should also check out Del Tha Funky Homosapien (a.k.a. Deltron) who is the rapper on Clint Eastwood and Rock The House from the first Gorillaz CD. You might also like De La Soul, Roots Manuva, and MF Doom; all of which appear on the Demon Days CD. Also, check out DJ Dangermouse's stuff. He was the DJ/producer for Demon Days. He's also the DJ/Producer for Gnarls Barkley. He and MF Doom did a CD together called Dangerdoom, and he also started the whole mash-up craze when he took the lyrics to Jay-Z's Black Album, and put them to the music of The Beatles' White Album, creating the infamous Gray Album.
