Should I buy a Ps3 for $500 or a Wii for $250 and a Xbox 360 for $300

Well I am not going to buy it but to the ignorant person who claimed they could build their own at that price NO you can't. Does it have the VALUE of $500 or $600? Yes. A Blu-Ray player alone would cost you more. The processor and all that would run you over $600 as well.

It all depends on how much you use it. If you are paying 500 dollars for a ps3, then you should be playing it night and day for a couple of years to make it worth it, which I don't recommend. I'm gonna wait to buy it and I am gonna get all the cheap but good ps2 games. The ps3 will eventually come down.

**** the Wii >:) I'm waiting for the PS3 to drop it's price then I'm buying it for sure. XBox 360 might be worth it, but right now PS3 is THE gaming system I must posess, and you can too.

Good luck finding a PS3 for $500. Do to limited supply they are selling online in excess of $1,000 us. Check out the reviews at CNET and other sources.

Uh....no.
It's never worth it when the systems first come out.
They're overpriced and chock full of problems that are fixed in later models.
Wait for the price to drop and the bugs to be fixed. Then buy one.

If you have the money and you play video games I think the Playstation 3 is well worth the money. Sony put alot of money into that system, so yeah, it is worth that.
