hi
star by cleanning your temp folder
to set your virtual memory depending on OS
1. Clear out your computer's Temp folder to free up space. Many applications generate temporary files, resulting sometimes in a large Temp folder. While there is rarely a problem with deleting temporary files from the Temp folder, if you have reservations, talk to your organization's System Technicians to clarify which files you can delete.
2. Move the directory containing the report to another disk partition with more free space.
3. Check how much memory and temporary space that you have, and increasing temporary space.
To check how much memory your computer has:
On the Windows 95/98/NT desktop, right-click 'My Computer'.
Click 'Properties' and open the General tab.
The last line listed under the 'Computer' section indicates how much RAM you have.
To check how much temporary space you have:
In Windows Explorer, right-click the \Windows\Temp folder, and click 'Properties'.
To increase temporary space in Windows NT:
· Click 'Start', click 'Settings' then point to 'Control Panel'.
· Double-click 'Systems' and go to the Environment tab.
· In the 'User Variables' list, click 'temp'.
· In the 'Value' box, type a path to a disk partition with more free space.
To increase temporary space in Windows 95/98:
· Click 'Start', click 'Settings' then point to 'Control Panel'.
· Double-click 'Systems' and go to the Performance tab.
· Select Virtual Memory.

Virtual Memory isn't what you seem to think it is. VM is managed by Windoz. When you run low on main RAM (Random Access Memory), Windoz will assign an area of you hard drive to pick up the slack so your application can run. You are low on Hard space. Un-install any programs you're not using anymore. Click RUN, All programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Cleanup to clear some room. Restart computer. The problem should be resolved if you have at least 750 megabytes left on hard drive. Best of Luck!

You can't clean it, instead what u can do is to increase it's size (or let windows decide its size if u r running windows)

(On windows XP
1. right click on My computer and go to properties
2. go to advanced Tab
3. In performance groupbox click on settings button
4. go to advanced tab
5. In Virtual Memory groub box click on change button

Now u can change virtual memory from here. Plz note if u donot press the set button after making changes then the changes are lost)

Virtual Memory is space on your hard drive that is emulating your Physical Memory (RAM). When you get this message, you are running low on hard drive space. Clean up and delete some files, or just buy a bigger hard drive (they are very cheap right now)...check out TigerDirect for hard drives.
