She obviously doesn't have a superb sense of humor like you and I..next time call her a dickface and really get into trouble for something worth it...

Unfortunately, that's the way things work nowadays. It's not the company's fault, though. They HAVE to take every report seriously or the will get in big trouble.Even if a woman starts a suggestive conversation, usually the guy is the one to get in trouble, mainly because a guy wouldn't usually report anything like that where as a woman would.I have seen the same type of situation in my workplace many times, where the woman started it,then acted like a victim when the guy used the same type of comments in response. It is unfair, but the only way to stay safe in this situation is to refrain from responding to ANY suggestive remark with one of your own. That way if the woman constantly does this, they will eventually catch on and discipline her.I have seen it happen.

The secretary was a moron for asking a suggestive question. My guess is she may have heard the phrase & not thought much about the meaning. You were in the wrong for being sexually explicit in the workplace.

It's because the correct answer to the question, "How's it hanging" is: two in a bunch, one for breakfast and one for lunch.
