Mine is gender roles in the work place. Women are often allowed to get out of labor tasks where males are tasked specifically for them.
I don't ask a 110 lb woman to lift a bed or chest of drawers up 4 floors of stairs. But she could at least carry the drawers. I wouldn't expect a 110 lb man to do it either.

Who is it not amigo? Men wre selected for labor and women were left out.
Double standards also violate the principle of justice known as impartiality, which is based on the assumption that the same standards should be applied to all people, without regard to subjective bias or favoritism based on social class, rank, ethnicity, gender or other distinction. A double standard violates this principle by holding different people accountable according to different standards.
