pokemon emerald legendary pokemons??

Question

I have read in some webpages that you can get some of the legendary pokemons in pokemon emerald. the problem is that I have to get a special ticket from a nintendo event. Is there anyway to get those pokemon without going to an event??? I have read something about a codebreaker I don't know what is that, if someone cares to explain.

Nope, can't get em' without the ticket, I dunno what codebreaker is , must be something like Gameshark...my friend tried using one of those once : it ****** up his Gameboy. So don't try to get them if it isn't the normal way
