It deends on what type of school you go to. If you go to a Private institution you will pay more, but a lot of that is paying for their name on your diploma. A public university will be less, and community colleges are cheaper than private institutions as well, and generally cheaper than universities. It depends on the area you live in and the type of school you go to. There are financial aid options available almost everywhere, though. Check with your school's financial aid office about what they offer--you can get grants (which you don't pay back) or loans (which you do pay back) to help you cover the costs. You will also pay by semester depending on how many classes you take. So good luck! Hope that helped!

It depends on the school, since some schools are more prestigious their degrees are worth more so they charge more for them. Names like Harvard, Stanford, M.I.T. mean more than a college that no one has heard of. Look at the tuition rates for the different schools that you are considering and choose the best school that you can afford.

it all depends on the school.
however, if you go to a more prestigious school, it wil pay off when you graduate: it's easier to get accepted to grad school, employers will be more interested in you. A lot of employers request college transcripts, but if they see you graduated from a quality school, they probably won't look at it.
It all pays off in the end.
