No , Oxygen is a gas . Not a crystal ! Oxygen is found as O2 molecule in nature... Its not found as a solid . However , other elements can combine with oxygen to form oxides , which might be in crystalline form. Example: Fe2O3

In order for oxygen to form crystals, it would have to be a solid.
Oxygen can be cooled to form liquid oxygen. I'm not sure whether it can be cooled enough so that it freezes to form a solid.
