Tofu Turkey also called 'Tofurky' can be purchased at many natural food grocery stores. This is an easy vegetarian alternative.
If you want to cook a tofu turkey from scratch
Vegweb offers a nice tofu turkey recipe.
If you want to offer something different than tofu turkey,
a tasty alternative I suggest is Lightlife ""Gimme Lean Sausage"which can be used to make a fantastic Thanksgiving vegetarian dish. The recipe is called 'baked butternut squash stuffed with apples and "fake' sausage'.
Mambo Sprouts E-Newsletter offers a 'Thanksgiving Holiday Guide' with this great meatless- vegetarian recipe, other recipes include vegetarian or meat included appetizers, side dishes, main dishes, dessert recipes, and wellness tips in a free pdf download.
Meatless Mondays offers a nice bean dish recipe that would be a nice vegetarian alternative. Three-Bean "Cassoulet"

There is tofu turkey. You would have to go to a health food store to find it. If you go to a health food store, mention that you're making Thanksgiving dinner to one of the employees and they should be able to help you find everything you need!

I've heard of tofu turkey. Check your local stores to see if they carry them. Seeing as thanksgiving is really like a harvest celebration, various vegies and beans prepaired in many fassions would be fun (roasted, grilled, raw, steamed).
