Yes it is possible. It all depends on the baby though if the legs are open and so on. Although they can tell they might not be accurate until closer to twenty weeks.

Yes, it is possible. Though most ultrasounds generally don't happen until the 20th week. It is easier to see the genitals through the ultrasound at this time, because they are more pronounced. You might have a difficult time at 16 weeks, and it depends upon whether or not the baby wants to cooperate.

i found out the sex of my first born when i was only 12 weeks prego. With my second we had to wait until i was 16 weeks to see it. So everything is possible. It also helps if the person doing the sonogram is very experienced and can see it clearly. Good luck!

The ultrasound should have been scheduled at 19w or 20w. It might show it might not, and if it does show anything it won't be very accurate. Baby will be still very small and it will depend on how it is positioned. The clinic where I go won't do any ultrasounds under 19w because of that.

Yes. The Dr's should be able to determine the sex via unltrasound. It all depends on the positioning of the baby to see if they can get a "clear shot" between the legs.

Yes it is possible but not always as clear. I've had sonos at 18 wks and they could tell. Usually if it's a boy they can tell a little earlier than girls I think.
