Something by James Blunt. Theres also Jack Johnson, Sitting Waiting Wishing is a great song. And if you want this chick to know that you like her, its fantabulous. Also pretty simple chords=easy to play.

There is also a lovely song for 12-string? acoustic (sounds like 12 anyway) called Masquerade, it is on the Yes album Union. It is instrumental and features Steve Howe in a solo. I don't know if you can play 12 string music on a 6 string or if it is even worth it.

it depends on what she likes, play her favorite song from a band or a love song. i like this song by Rufio called one slowdance is really sweet listen to it and see if its good for her. Good luck
