The New Horizons mission will make the planned closest approach to Pluto at 10,000 kilometers (6,200 miles) and will be going about 14 kilometers/second (31,300 miles per hour).

According to the NASA website, links below, New Horizons will be travelling about 31,300 mph (14 km/s) when it passes Pluto.
