Only if you risk wanting to catch STDs. The patch, pills, diaphragm, etc. Cannot protect you against sexually transmitted diseases like Herpes, Syphyllis, HIV/AIDS, chlamydia, HPV, etc.

Sex without a condom, especially in someone who's medical history you don't know is like playing Russian Roulette, and the odds are just as bad that you can seriously hurt yourself.

First of all, Get off the PATCH and Go on the Pill! The patch is as bad as the Shot! Always use a condom or you will end up with some kind of STD'S or Even A Baby! Trust me its hard when having a child at a Young Age!

There is still a possiblity that you could become pregnant and the fact that STD's and AIDS are real. Be smart and not stupid ok. Wear the damn condom and call it a day. And you're welcome
