No. Generally, when I see someone naked it means...
1) it's time to get busy with my art supplies and do a life study.
2) someone at the party got a little to drunk and may hurl soon.
3) the hot tub is ready.
4) that homeless person needs professional help.
5) something very nice is about to happen in my bedroom.
...none of which are something to giggle over ususally.

It depends on the situation in which Dragon is seeing them naked. Dragon has been known to blush pretty easily though.

It's up to the person's sex (male or female)..I have never seen a naked man but if I see, I can probably blush :-)
