My experience was different with each baby. In the fifth month, you get the kicks where you can feel the baby a lot yourself. But the kicks you can share happen more at the end of month seven and into month eight. But month nine, the baby starts to lose the room to kick. I got lucky and my hubby felt our daughter and could hold her from the outside by holding my stomach starting at the end of my fourth month. Good luck mama!! Your halfway there! Here's a great article for the fifth month.

It is normal for the baby to only move once in a while now because they are so small you probably just cant feel it. ive had three kids and with all of them i didnt feel really hard kicks until about thirty weeks and my kids would not kick for my spouse if the baby was kicking i would tell my bf and the baby would stop imediatly

Does it just feel like butterflies right now? Well if it does then it is totally normal your not feeling it a whole lot or every day! I started feeling my baby kick hard about 20 weeks! I love it! And my husband loves to feel it. It makes me just know that everything is ok! and you will feel them everyday! if you dont call your doctor! also keep in mind every women's body is different! and every pregnancy is different. You may not feel it kick hard for a couple more weeks or maybe you will just feel it in a couple days! Dont worry it will come soon enough! Congrats on being pregnant.

Perfectly normal. As your baby gets bigger, you will feel a lot more. The flutters turn into hard karate kicks and the little butterflies turn into giant flailing crows! My husband was able to feel somelittle movements around 22-24weeks or so...but within a couple weeks after that, they were hard enough that he could seemy belly actually move from across the room! We are now 31 weeks and I swear this one is coming out line dancing! Just wait until you feel the first round of hiccups! Then remember how cute you thought it was when she or he gets them for an hour straight, 5 minutes after you settled into bed! :)
Amazing little things huh? Enjoy it while you can...within a few days after giving birth..you will hardly remember what it felt like.
Congrats and Good Luck!

First off, I am 30 weeks now with my 2nd. My husband could feel them on a regular basis around 25 weeks. I started feeling the baby more frequently around 20 weeks or so. I feel kicks all the time too, but nothing that hurts. They have gotten more dominant and more consistent, but they haven't been bad at all.

It's normal to not feel very much at this point. As the weeks go by you'll feel it more often. The kicks begin around the 5th month or so, you feel it more because the baby has less room to move around as it grows.

around twenty weeks if were others could feel my baby move. I am small build so if was very noticable. Movement is much more noticable going into your third trimester then it will slow down towards the end where baby doesn't have much room. You can ask your doctor for a kick count sheet to make sure baby is making enough movement.

As the days and weeks progress you will start feeling the baby kick and move more and more. You'll probably even be able to SEE it moving and even be able to tell if it's an elbow, a knee, a foot, a rear end....etc. Cherish all of this.....it's the part I miss most about being pregnant!

Each baby is different. You may just have a calm baby that sleeps alot. This is my 6th pg (1 was a miscarriage) and they've all been different. My last daughter moved all the time and I started feeling her very early on. This one (19wks 4days) I don't feel as much or as strong. But everything is fine and we've kept a close eye on her heartbeat and all since the miscarriage was right before. Mine have all been different. Don't worry you'll feel the baby more and more soon.
