This may sound bad to a lot of Metallica fans, but, I like Jason's style of playing better than Cliff's.
I love the first 4 albums, they will never be out of my top 25 metal albums of all time, but I like the chugging, sabbath style metal that they expanded on and perfected after the sefl titled CD. Plus, the Box Set... Holy Crap!
Load and Re-Load are my 2 favorite Metallica albums.
I've been a fan for well over 20 years now, but I just like the newer ones better.

I stopped listening to Metallica albums after Lars Ulrich said that if I didn't like their views on Napster, that I wasn't a Metallica fan. Those corporate sellouts don't need any more of my money.

The best albums are the first four albums.
after that, Metallica sounds different and very commercial.
