In May 1976 the great Southampton beat Manchester United in the FA Cup. Lawrie McMenemy was our manager, Bobby Stokes (he was not offside) scored the winning goal and celebrations are still continuing on the South Coast......well they are in my house anyway. My Cousins husband used to play for Southampton and then moved to and played for Manchester United, he is now crippled with MS and still lives in Manchester. David Beckham, Eric Cantona and hundreds more played for them, their current manager is Sir Alex Furguson, i think thats enough of a lesson for now, now i want your points.

I'm sorry, but I have to answer those ABUs. Yes, we are absolute rubbish aren't we - top of the prem, 3 points clear of Chelski, best attacking record with the most goals scored, best defensive record with least goals scored against. And all without a playboy's millions. Let's see what happens when Roman gets bored with football. It'll be bye bye Chelski.
