The best thing to do is call a locksmith-- they wil get it open for you AND make key so that you don't have to go thru this everytime your car needs gas

I have got them off before with a very large pair of channel lock pliers. I used them to crush the cap, and removed it piece by piece. You have to be careful not to drop the litter down in the tank though. If you can remove the whole tube out of the hose where it goes into the tank, you can use a long slim screwdriver to push back the spring loaded locking pins, and it should come right off. Either way; unless you know a locksmith that can pick the lock, you are in a pickle. You can force them off, but it will mess up the track that holds any cap on. Removing the pipe, and using the screwdriver would be your best bet. I hope this helps you. Good Luck!!!

I had a car like that and it used the same key for the ignitition, doors and gas cap. Have you tried that key?

drill the lock tumbler out or find out if key number is stamp on gas cap then call gas cap maker.

one time that happend to me all i did is force it to turn the top and lock broke off and then i was able to just unscrew the cap mabey it will work for you

pick that **** open with 2 paper clips its easy just move them around till the lock and push in or turn
