Tell her that if she keeps this up that you are going to let your parents know about this. Or you can one day show up as her and tell that guy to back off. I mean you are twins, so if this guy had any RESPECT for your sister than he would respect the fact that she has to go to school. Tell her that before you go on tell your parents or meet up with this guy. It is for your sister's best and if you care, you will get your parents involved.

Sometimes ppl need to make their own mistakes. Sometimes they need others to help them. I would talk to her first and say you are really concerned. If you are planning to say something about this... warn her very clearly and in advance... and give her a second chance at least so you don't damage your sisterly bond too much.
Personally, I wouldn't tell on her. My brother and I always had this unspoken rule when we were teens... we make our own mistakes and we give eachother advice and opinions... but we NEVER ratted on eachother. I would sneak out, smoke weed occasionally, skip class, etc, and he did lots of crazy stuff too. If he 'told' on me, it would've definitely damaged our relationship and I would have probably moved out because my parents were so strict (and guaranteed I'd continue to do all those things anyway). Let your sis learn, if it's just classes she's skipping, she'll learn to accept consequences... which means she may have to upgrade later on... but that's how we all learn to live life!!
Just make sure you talk to her and you tell her your concerns... like if you think she's about to get knocked up and throw her life away. If that's the case, convince her to go on the pill or something.
I would only 'tell on her' if it was a seriously damaging situation... like if she was running to the bathroom to snort coke every hour or dating some jerk with AIDs... you know. Use your sisterly common sense!

Missing school for a guy is NOT a good idea. Sometimes loving someone means making the hard choice and hoping that they later come to understand. I would tell someone.

The best way to handle this would be to let her counselor at school know what is going on. Ask the counselor to call your parents to ask about why she is missing school. Good for you for caring about your sister.
