Guilty. You don't give $4 million to someone to shut up when you are Innocent.

Michael Jackson is innocent, we shouldn't even be debating this any more because it has been proven. There is not one scrap of evidence that Michael did anything inappropriate with children, no DNA, witnesses, nothing. And believe me, the DA really wanted to find some, his house was raided so many times, all his stuff confiscated. Why can't people leave the man alone, all he's done is good in the world, unlike most people. Just because he's different (and I love him for it) people distrust him, say horrible things about him. Ask yourselves this question, what would you be like if you'd had the same life as Michael. And how would you feel if people were saying such monstrous things about you and they weren't true? He has been through enough, just enjoy his music for God's sake.

It's hard to say. The guy seriously has some psychological problems and I think a lot of people don't see that's the reason why he acts the way he does (with his children and other people's children). That's not excusing his actions but the man needs help. Look at his early life and his relationship with his father. He's never had a normal life and doesn't know any better.

However, the parents of the molested children are guilty. If you know this man is not in his right mind (and they knew from the 1st trial back in 1993) why on earth would you let your child stop with him? Maybe he is innocent, surely no parent would be sick enough to allow their child to be abused just to get money.

A court of law decided he was innocent, so leave it there. If he does do anything to show his guilt, a court will find him guilty. Remember, in the eyes of the law he is an innocent man, so anyone who calls him guilty of molestation etc, is actually breaking the law themselves, as slander is against the law, if proven in court.

Being odd, doesn't make you guilty, just odd.

Michael Jackson is innocent because he would never hurt a child and he is the best man ever! I love him!
People just want money and they accuse him of something that he would never think of doing.
(u know there r many people that dress up like MJ and who knows what they do to the kids and of course kids think that it's real Michael and they accuse Michael)

I only comment on facts or what you can see with your own eyes. So, I think he's definitely guilty of changing his face to ridiculous proportions, dangling a baby over a balcony (without any repentence immediatly afterwards), having boys round to share his bedroom (he's admitted so himself), covering his children's heads at all times in public (which other stars don't feel the need to do - not even Madonna. And you can ask the press not to print photos of your child anyway), claiming that his blonde, white child is biologically his, claiming to be Peter Pan (not LIKE him but ACTUALLY him) and acting like Jesus in an awards ceremony performance.

Some MJ fans need to WAKE UP!! He may not be a paedophile but he does need help. He's guilty of being a disturbed adult (which isn't his fault). No matter how much you all protest - he isn't ok and as normal as anybody else. And having musical talent doesn't excuse him either.

I believe that Michael Jackson is guilty because abused children become child abusers. Michael Jackson was sexually abused during childhood.

Guilty, judging by they way he loves to hang blond haired babies from balconys and put masks on them causing them serious mental destruction there is no question in any normal persons mind that he's guilty!!lol yet i get a thumbs down vote for my view you idiots i guess it's ok to hang a baby out on a balcony and brainwash your children this proves the point that there are some stupid fans out there that are brainwashed as well it's people like you guys that let these wackos go running around on the streets then turn around and call 911 because your child is missing or sexually abused.

Anyone with half a brain can read up on all the accusations and see how ridiculously false they all were!! The only thing he is guilty of is trying to help people who didn't deserve it!!

♥♥We Love You Michael!!!!♥♥

As the ex wife and the mother of two Asperger Syndrome people, after having shared life with two sufferers of the condition across 30 years... after having helped many other people round the world gain diagnosis for their difficult and confused loved ones, who behave bizarrely with the condition... what I saw screaming out at me, WAS Asperger Syndrome!

It spoke to me in everything about him, from his lack of body movements and facial expressions, through to his confusion when sexual innuendo was made about his friendships with children during his appearance on my television screen, as he was followed through his home and spoke to us all... and such a person would not only not have such thoughts and feelings, they would be a lamb to the slaughter of any bright spark kid and its parents who saw dollar signs above his head!

And if he was assessed, I'm pretty sure they'd diagnose him with it!

And if they do, he isn't guilty, since he has no idea of what is, and what is not, sociably acceptable behaviour... and AS people are not predators, sexual or otherwise, they simply don't view the world as we do... remain children emotionally, and... right and wrong has no meaning to them... how then, do you judge guilt or no guilt?

I never liked him, never liked his style... was all set to think the worst as everyone in here has done, then I watched the screening of the programme that supposedly damned him, and I changed my mind immediately... I saw and recognised immediately... only, Asperger Syndrome... and felt very sad!
