I can't imagine why you would be asking this question here.

In Kansas, the PSI is conducted by Court Services and/or the probation office of the District Court. I've never heard of an individual doing on. The PSI consists of a long questionairre which is then reviewed for accuracy and completeness, followed by a national search for prior offenses. All prior offenses are relevant, because the number of prior offenses helps to determine where in the sentencing grid that an individual is. (with the exception of certain non-guidelines offenses, which are sentenced according to the controlling statute, Felony DUI, for instance)

If you are having a PSI done on you, then you need to consult your attorney for guidance on the information they will be asking. If you don't have an attorney, you should have had. For a referral to an attorney, contact your local or state bar association.
