I would like to gradually start Mondays. If you could start work a little later and have to time get back into the work mode... OH and no crisis would happen once you get to the office. It would be a day of getting things rolling on a good path for the week.

Mondays are great - IF you have the day off and enjoy watching all the other suckers trooping off to work. I would abolish bank holidays to prevent all those crazy traffic jams!!!

Do shift work like me, never start on a monday never finish on a friday.

Make them into a bank holiday every week then every so often we would have 4 day bank holidays with pay of course.
