That they're spoiled & if they have any hope for intelligence at all, they'll soon learn that the world does not owe them anything & they'll cease this type behavior.

It upsets me when it happens here where I work because my boss is soooo nice. He gives people chance after chance and they try to run over him. When he decides he's had enough though he gives them the boot. We actually had a guy to sue because he got fired for failing a random drug test. He wasn't singled out or anything like that. The boss called all the job supervisors and told them to load all the guys into the trucks and take them to the lab. About 6 of them quit on the spot. Several more were fired when their tests came back positive. One guy threatened to sue because the company didn't give any warning before they did the test. It's in the company handbook that you can be tested at any time. Working with live electricity and heavy machines is dangerous. You can't be stoned at work all day. Dummies!

well if there not really lazy and have doctors letter then they should sue for wrongfull termination, but if there not going to work cause they do not feel like it, or something happened and they did not open there mouth to get it resolved then no they do not have the right to sure, it all depends on the situation and why there sueing!

It's the equivalent of Mom always letting them stay home from school and sending them back with a fake Dr.'s note. NOT a good lifeplan.
