We should be cherishing each and every day. If we are not then we need to make changes in US. Only you can make you happy.
Life is what WE make of it. It can always be better. Some of us get stuck in a rut. To get out, you need to make lists of why you are unhappy and how you can become happy. Now start working toward the goal. It can be slow but keep truckin forward.
Want to be happy right away. Try this: volunteer your time. When you see people who are in worst shape that you it will open your eyes WIDE. People with disabilities, sexual abuse, parents are dead, homeless, strict poverty, a child who loses a brother or sister, cancer victims, and more. By helping them you find yourself. I have done it.

I was diagnosed with cancer 2 yrs back....and at the same time was pregnant with my 1st born...I am happy to be alive because I will be able to raise my son..and he was the reason I wanted so badly to beat the cancer....he kept me fighting....and I won the battle!

go outside and look lie on the ground...stare into the stars or the sky. That's a good reason right there.

Life itself.At some times it's **** but at others it's great.but that's quite fair because it happens to everybody without discrimination.So,try to go through this moment and soon or late something good will happen to you too.
