is there a way to access the computers on my network?

everytime i try to open a pc linked to my network on the WLAN, an admin password is required.isnt there a way to hack this network or at least sneak inside a computer , by getting its IP or someth.and how can i get the ip without needing a response from the other client.

ok you need to do a remote connection. this brings the other computer to the computer your on. go to start, all programs, communications, remote desktop. click options. computer= the ip of the computer you want to access. user name is admin name on that pc. password is admin password for that pc. domain is the ip of your router ie: 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1. local resources tab check all boxes at bottom. experience = 10mb lan. or check all boxes. remember that your firewall has to accept remote connections and so does the nic (network interface card)to do this go to control panel, windows firewall advanced, and highlight the connection to your network, click settings and check remote desktop. do this with all pc's.
