if this is your spouse and you are supposed to have an open relationship with and be able to talk about anything because you are a team, partners, etc. then I would bluntly ask if this person is or is not and if not why the allegations, Drugs are not healthy for any relationship, been there done that ,all they do is cause more problems and creates lies and mistrust you can't expect to have an honest ,open relationship with anybody when drugs are a part of it, in the long run the user will want to protect their habit more than protect their mate or family. Get to the bottom of this quickly and get it resolved and if it is true get help or get out.

Just ask. I'm not saying that you will or will not get an honest answer but you can at least try. I recently had a similar situation with a best friend and straight up asked her if she was drinking again.
It's better to ask than to keep worrying about it.

You have every right to know, since he is your husband. You need to ask him, if you can't ask who can you ask? Remember the key to a good marriage is communications. So go to the horses mouth.
