How can it be that a woman cant aim? Many times the toilet seat with be covered in urine. Not just a drop in the front where it can fall when standing up but the whole thing?! We dont have hoses,you know. And if it happens(however it does) why not be courtious to wipe it.
Thank God for those seat covers!

I have sprinkled the seat before, but that is because seat cover or not my tushy is not touching any public restroom toilet. I do agree that it is only courteous to dry it. My office restroom even provides Lysol so we go one above that and even disinfect.

When I was in college, I worked a summer at an amusement park. After closing we would clean the restrooms. The women's restrooms were always the worst.
Like other people have said, women usually don't sit on the toilet in public restrooms, they squat down over it.
Also, did you ever take a drink from a water fountain, and something was stuck in the outlet? The water sprays all over. Or if you put your finger over the water hose and make it spray.
Sometimes, a woman can get something up in her cooch (maybe some lint, or a hairball), and guess what happens? Just like the hose, or the water fountain, it sprays all over the place.
It's pretty ignorant though, if you don't clean up after yourself. Even if your aim is bad.

It's because women aren't sitting on the seats. They're squating. Those wax-paper seat covers have been shown repeatedly to have NO effect on germ transmission. Use a different toilet or hold it.

Wow. Well, this is eyeopening. I always assumed men had the messier restrooms because they were slobs. Guess not.
This tells me that people are just vile pigs when it comes to taking care of restrooms. Even at work, where people you know know your habits (or can see the evidence of slobbery) guys leave puddles three feet out and around the urinals, leave dabs of poop smeared on toilet seats and throw chunks of paper towel into toilets to stop them up, and leave some poor soul to have to pull that crap out with tongs and walk across the restroom with the dripping mess.
Despicable.

some heavy woman can not "squat" so gracefully and the cause of urine on the toilet seat would be ungraceful squatters who choose to squat and not use seat covers - i am a squatter because i choose not to use seat covers as urine can soak through a seat cover and i choose not to have to clean a public toilet before using it......i, however am a graceful squatter who does not leave a drop.

Simplest thing to do is, if you're going to squat rather than sit, lift the seat like a guy... that way, the seat stays clean.
Otherwise, in the words of the old adage, "If you sprinkle when you tinkle, please be sweet and wipe the seat."

I've heard it said that the women's bathroom here at the office is really disgusting. If women acts this way here, what do their bathrooms at home look like? Isn't the stereotype that women are supposed to be cleaner than men?
