No.
Because there's no evidence of any kind that anybody has ever been reincarnated. And no, "recovered memories" under hypnosis is *not* evidence.
There is also no evidence of heaven, hell, god or gods of any kind, jesus, etc.
If believing in reincarnation comforts you, then by all means go ahead and believe. Whatever floats your boat. Just don't believe it based on evidence and think you're being logical -- 'cause there isn't any logical evidence.

I believe in the possibility of reincarnation/racial memory. I have had too many dreams about ancestors of mine to dismiss them out of hand. When I was a child, I was always pestering my mother to go and visit grampa's goldfish pond, even though I had never met him. It freaked out my mother, how could I know about that when she never talked about him?
Since I was a kid, I didn't know the difference between goldfish and koi fish. My grandfather had a koi pond in a small old cement pond. He died two weeks before I was born, yet I remember what he looked like, since he talked to me in dreams....
