Zoning officer where you live is the place to start, if he says he can't do anything about it you can contact the local law enforcement if it is considered a health hazard or a danger to children.

ps- how many junkyard owners gave me a thumbs down for sending you to zoning?? Jesus, you've got a right to maintain your property values!

Call the zoning board or the board of health.

Also, get a group of neighbors to call a local town or city councilor ( what ever the case may be) and let him know what the problem is. He can put the pressure on the bearucrats at the board of health or zoning.

You'll have to go to the library and see about any county or town or state laws about the condition of properties and their purposes and zoning requirements.

Once you find a law he has broken, then you can call the Police, explain which law was violated and they will enforce it.

Contact the City or County Code enforcement people. They will be able to assist you. There are many Health and Building Codes that prevent this type of nuicance. You just have to make them aware of it.

Try minding your own business. Live and let live. Look after your own property and don't worry about someone elses.
