It could be caused by an iron deficiency. Are you on any medications? Some medications will cause you to bruise like mad with the slightest touch. Check with your doctor and have him/her take any and all tests to find out what the cause is.

Are you actually bruising that easily? Or are you just not noticing the major bumps. If so, either way you may want to go to your personal doctor and tell him about your signs and symptoms.

If it's serious you need medical advice, but vitamin C strengthens your cell walls which prevents them bursting and causing bruises. I can't remember having a bruise in years.

it could be a number or reasons ... if you are aged your skin gets thin and therefore bruises easily . or if you are taking tablets this sometimes causes bruising, if neither i would have a word with your doctor.

I too bruise very easily. My problem is due to weak blood vessels. They just rupture so easily.

There could be a number of reasons,but youy need to get to your GP and have blood tests done to find out why. You don't mention any other symptoms or if you are taking any medication. UIt could be something as minor as a vitamin K deficiency.

your platelet level in your blood may be low. You should organise to get a full blood count done. You may lack vitamin K - leafy green vegetables. Get it checked out to put your mind at ease and to ensure there is no underlying illness. Good luck.
