I've seen, heard, felt the ghost of my cat shortly after I had to have her put down.

My bedroom was her room also and I had a baby gate at the entrance to keep our dog out of the room. After she passed I saw her out of the corner of my eye and heard her jumping over the gate. My Mom and Gramma also lived with me and they too had heard her jumping over the gate. In the mornings to wake me up she used to walk over me. After she passed I had felt her walk over my chest.

Putting her down was very hard for me. I was with her when she passed. She was my baby and experiencing these things was very comforting. I believe she was letting me know that she was ok.

My Gramma had to have her dog put down also not long after this. A little while after she moved out into an apartment and a couple times she heard Sheena barking.

Ghosts can be frightening but under these circumstances I believe they were just saying goodbye.

Yes, but I do not really believe in them. I think a ghost is an apparition projected by your brain in a quiet moment - like a hologram, I suppose. Mine was during such a moment in my shop some years ago. Near closing time, a dark evening, and I saw a little lady dressed in a grey cape and bonnet walk across the shop and fade away. The next day I described this to a customer, and the description of the apparition, and she said: "Oh, that would be Miss Myers - she used to run this shop many years ago, and always dressed as described". So - where are we - was it a ghost or a projection of an unconcious thought process? Shortly after my mother died ( in the 60's) my father said that he had see her walk across the landing in their house - again, was this a thought projection? The human brain is a very complicated piece of machinery, and is capable of much more than ever the most sophisticated computer ever is.

I have never seen a ghost, but I moved to a different area of the country four years ago, near the site of a famous battle, and there are areas where I feel the weight of years of deaths. There is a street in the town that was part of a 15th century alleyway, with part of an ancient friary now being used as an art gallery. The first time I stepped into that street, a huge wave of recognition came over me; like I'd been ther before, yet I knew I hadn't. I was acutely aware that my previous memories were happy ones. Is that ghostly enough?

Yes I have had several expiriences. It is scary! I will tell you about one of them!
When I was 17 I was having problems and needed a change so I moved to my aunts house who lived in a different city.
It was about 6am and still dark outside.I awoke to see a man at the foot of my bed and thought it was my dad.I asked "dad is that you"? I got no response and once again called it dad.
I had woken up more at this point and realized this man in a red hat and read shirt had no body or face.It is hard to explain.I could see where everything should be but yet it wasnt there.
I screamed and it remained staring at me from its spot at the foot of the bed.I screamed once more and then it finally vanished.I was so scared that I didnt even turn the light on.My aunt came running in and asked if I was ok and I told her that I had a bad dream.I didnt kinow her that well and didnt know how she might react if I told her what had really happend.

I have seen a ghost and the first time in my life I was afraid. She was in spirit form cause one could tell and she was in white. She said not a mumbling word. All of us seen her and we started screaming and the next day awaked not even remembering going to sleep. I have seen ghosts many times with others and sometimes alone but neverthless they are real. I have had several encounters and I only named this one incident.

Yes, I have. I had a friend that I was very close to in school. I started dating someone and he was very jealous of me, so I couldn't talk to Stephen much. The last night I saw Stephen, I was with my boyfriend. When Steven saw me, I put my head down and didn't speak. I felt bad about it, but I didn't want an argument with my boyfriend. A month or so later Stephen drowned. Needless to say I was just filled with guilt and I was so so sad. I keep "talking" to Stephen asking to please forgive me and that I know I was wrong. Not long after his death I was at my friend's house. I had Stephen on my mind and I kept saying to myself, if only I knew he forgave me and that he was okay, then I could let go some of this guilt. All of a sudden, I got to feeling a little chilly, and a kind sensation came over me that I can't quite describe. I looked up and there was Stephen in the corner smiling at me! I KNOW what I saw and it wasn't just "guilt" making me think I saw him. I SAW HIM..He looked so happy and I felt a peace come over me. I just said "Thank You and I love you" to him. Then a calmness came over me. He wasn't there for long, and then he just disappeared. I haven't seen him again.
I honestly believe it was him and he was letting me know that he understood and that he was happy.

No I haven't saw a ghost but I have saw a door open by itself and heard footsteps upstairs when no one was up there and had the doorbell ring by itself.

iv not strictly seen one but..... once i went to my grandmas while she was on holiday and i was feeding her cat and i saw that one portion of her double glazing on the inside was smashed with an 'angel' ornament amongst the shattered glass... the freaky bit is that the ornament belongs to a cabinet across the room, and the window was fine the day before.... really freaked me out.
