How about if you recreate your first date together? Go to the same restaurant you went to that night, and do whatever you did on the first date. Did you go to the park? Did you go see a movie? Whatever- recreate it. Somewhere during the date, go to a special spot that holds significance for you as a couple (like maybe where you proposed or where you had your first kiss) and toast her with a glass of inexpensive champagne (I like Ballatore myself and it's only $7 a bottle). Let her know how much you look forward to spending the rest of your llives together and how happy you are that she is in your life. And take heart- some of the most romantic things my boyfriend has ever done for me have cost no money at all!!!!!

Okay, so you have a computer, or access to one. Hopefully it has a cd burner on it. If not find one. Get a writable disc and create your own "Love Songs CD" just for her. Then open up word and create your own jewel case sleeve. Complete with Song, Title and your dedication of love to her or maybe a personal thank you. I am sure you have seen a cd sleeve before, so just be creative with it. If you cant fill all the songs on 1 disc, make a box set. And it doesnt have to be just love songs, it can be "Memories of Us" or "Sharing the love and laughter" be creative and use songs that mean something to both of you.
The cost could be as little as nothing if you already have these things at home, to as much as $15. Supplies, access to the computer, writeable disk, printer and paper and your heart and imagination.

Take her to the theater to see The Nutcracker, or something along those lines. The local colleges usually do this and it's not very expensive, then on Christmas give her a small gift certificate to Bath and Body Works, or something similar.

Victoria Secret or Freddericks gift card (or if you're daring, pick the items out and buy them yourself). Day-spa (facial & massage) is good too. Try to find something little that is personal too (hobby she does, job, etc--if she paints, get here some nice brushes or personalized, etc). Jewery is always good too.
