Power Rangers... The best?

Question

Ok, so I have a 5 year old son who is extrememly devoted to the Power Rangers. He's been a Power Rangers fan for the past 3 years. (Amazing, huh? lol). Anyway, as 'mom', I've had to watch more episodes of the series than I'd ordinarily care to. I've seen pretty much every episode made... Starting with 'Morphin', and right up to 'Mystic Force' (Which is the most recent one)... Does anyone agree when I say that apart from 'Morphin', 'Dino Thunder' was THE best? They had the most intrigueing/cool storyline, and made me want to watch every single episode... which I did. So my question is this: Which of the Rangers was the best? (I still think 'Lightspeed' was ridiculous) I'm voting Dino Thunder all the way. I don't know who else to ask this... Most of my friends have daughters who could care less about the Power Rangers... So help out guys... I'm just really curious.

Well, from kids I know who have had experience with PR, they also say it's the best.

I think it's touching that you are so devoted to your son that you watch his TV shows with him. More parents ought to do so. You have convinced yourself even that there is something worthwhile to watch. Sometimes I think the producers of childrens TV show feel that the more adjectives or syllables in the title, the more likely its chances of success are. The latest (that I am aware of) is (sorry if I get the order wrong) Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go. Go? I guess they just had to get that 10 th syllable in there. Sorry for being so cynnical but I was down on the Rangers from the start for that very reason. Then add in the extremely cheesy Monster/Robot costumes. Then the topper, and I suppose this may have only been true at the beginning, the Black ranger was African American, the Pink Ranger was a girl, the Yellow Ranger was Asian.

I grew up with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, but Dino Thunder is the only one after Morphin that is cool.

as a geek fan of Power Rangers series I'd say Dino Thunder was good but I tend to like TimeForce and SPD and will have to vote for both

Hmm...I stopped watching PR after Turbo. I'm more with the classic episodes rather than the new ones. It's been on for how long? 12 years? Japan doesn't seem to have an ending for that series, so I doubt America will either.
^_^ I met Johnny Yong Bosch. =D He was the 2nd black ranger in the classic series...ah...I miss childhood sometimes. =P

I am female and I was obsesed with the Rangers, but my favorite incarnation was the Ninja Rangers, but that's because I think their mentor Ninjor was the bomb. I LOVED Ninjor, he was all that and a bag of chips. :-)

I stopped watching the show after Ninjor disappeared with NO explaination as to why he disappeared and the Alien Ranger bit and the Robot villians, King Coil and what have you, appeared....though I liked Ratchet and Sprocket, they were cool. And some where in a box in the attic I still have the original Morphing Zoids and the Ninja Zoids. :-)

i liked morphin power rangers i liked the song the action and they were so much better and dino thunder iliked to cause it was based on morpin power rangers ithink morphin was the first i liked the white ranger one from the movie

i started hating power rangers when I was like 9 when I noticed that every episode was pretty much the same. they fight monster, monster grows, they fight giant monster with giant robot, they beat giant monster.

well im not partial to just one show i liked morphin and spd because they had the hottest female characters. by the way... voltron could whoop their butts without much hassle :-)
