rubbing alchohol and a tissue is great

I've heard of two remedies. Both have worked for me!
Take Toothpaste and or Pennutbutter..with your finger and a coffee filter..and rub it on the cd. Rinse with water.
Also alcohol and a cotton ball..rinse with water !

I'd try the alcohol thing. If that doesn't work, CD's make great frisbees. Especially out the car window.

If The Alcohol thing doesnt work then i would suggest going to your nearest blockbuster and buying the disc dr. it works on dvd's games and all types of discs ... this will definatly help you
