Yes,......... there may not be a high enough amount of the pregnancy hormones in your system, as yet to show up on a test.

I realize that you must be very anxious about this and want to know right away whether you are pregnant or not. But the only thing that you can do is wait a couple more days and try another pregnancy test in about a week. Get one of the early detection ones.
Your best bet would be to go see a doctor and have them run a pregnancy test. But it is still possible that you are not pregnant and your symptoms may be due to stress or post period symptoms.

Same thing is happening to me. I'm missing my period for 2 months now and I took 2 tests that came up negative. I actually took Provera to help start my period and I get all the symptoms, but the period is still not starting. I heard that blood tests are the most correct pregnancy tests. You gotta take the blood test to know for sure.

The best thing to do is go to the doctor and have them run a test using a blood sample. There is a chance with any pregnancy test that you get a false positive, or a positive that is false. Also if pregnant your period can still occur but it should only be spotting not a regular flow

Even Blood tests are NOT always correct! I speak from experience. Both of my pregnancies were negative with urine and blood tests until the 3rd month of pregnancy. I understand if you have thyroid problems you pregnancy test come back negative. Go see your doctor but even then he won't be sure unless they do a Pelvic exam or an ultrasound. Good Luck.

yes. just as a test can give you a false positive, it can also give you a false negative. since you took 2 tests and both came out negative, go see a doctor. either something else is wrong which is causing your symptoms, or you could be reading the results wrong.

My wife used two over the counter kits and was neg on both, but, like you, had all of the symptoms. She eventually went to the OBGYN and they confirmed she was pregnant.

though the chances are slim, yes, you can still be pregnant. Go have a clinical test, or take another at home in a couple weeks.

Could be too early for a home pregnancy test. Call your doctor.

no test is 100% accurate. you could definetly be pregnant, but it is kind of early for those symptoms. give it a week or so, then get a test done at a clinic.
