I used to know his password to his email, but he has changed it since I found out he was trying to make a date with another woman. Is there a way to find out what the new password is or how can I see who he has been emailing?

Is the computer yours, his, or both? If it is his, then you probably do not have any legal rights to connect and read his emails. It is just like trying to open someone's mail that comes from the post office.
Of course, if you caught him once trying to make a date with another woman and he changed his password on purpose so you won't catch him again, then my question is why are you still with him?
If you don't trust him, then you can always ask him if you can look at his emails (contacts, inbox, and sent items). But if you don't trust him (or he gives you reason not to trust him, then I would say your relationship is already in trouble.
I think you may want to post this in the relationships category for more thoughts on the situation.

you can download spy software or "key logging" (key loggers) which will record each keystroke another person types. They will not know the computer is doing that. From there, you will have a way of reading the logs and you'll find his password has been recorded. Just search for software under key loggers. Some of them are even free. Good Luck.

If you have that little trust in your relationship you need to forget on spying on him and just find a partner that you trust.
