1) If it's in regard to something we regret having done, we should figure out how to forgive ourselves.
2) If it's in regard to someone else's action and we feel resentment, we have got to get over it. Harboring resentment and chewing it over and over will do nothing but make us nasty and angry.

It depends. I would ground you for a month. No TV, no phone, no ipod, no computer games, no Xbox. Next time, same thing but grounding time increased exponentially.
