I can't wait for the Big Game this Saturday.
Any predictions?

Where's that Buckeye guy? I know he's gonna answer this.....

Ain't gonna be a spankin on either side. OSU wins by 2. Look at it objectively and compare the 2 teams. Nobody has an edge at running back, receiver, defensive backs or line. OSU has the advantage at QB. Henne is good but Smith is great. If Henne has to start making plays UM is in deep trouble. Coaching goes to Tressel over Lloyd Cooper, er I mean Carr.

I'm a huge Michigan fan here in the Buckeye state

I can't wait for Saturday, but I don't think either team will "destroy" each other

Whoever predicted a 38-35 game is retarded, neither team is going to pile on points against each others defense.

Bow Hunter - that wasn't a very objective review of the two teams. You say various position players are a wash where Michigan easily has the advantage, for example running back and defensive line. Hart has been considered for Heisman, whereas Pittman and Wells have not. So that would obviously give the edge to Michigan. On the defensive line Michigan has been rated by many experts as the best D-line in the country, so Michigan would have the edge there. I will agree with you that Smith is better than Henne, though I feel is Henne keeps calm and is safe with the ball we should be alright. As to the better coach there really isn't a way to measure that, but since Tressel has a good record against UM since signing at OSU I will concede an edge to him. Overall the two teams are about equal, though I know I'm going to draw some ire from OSU fans here when I say that I believe Michigan has the DEEPEST receiving corps. I believe that Ginn and Manningham when both at 100% are about equal, and feel Arrington is about equal with Gonzalez, with the final X factor being Breaston, if he is on then he tilts the balance in favor or Michigan, if he isn't involved then they are equal.

And Becky, didn't OSU only beat Illinois by 7? A win is a win, it doesn't matter how bad you beat a team, Michigan tends to run clock with the lead by running with Hart rather than airing it out, so the scores are not a good indication of actual performance. Also you're right you did blow out Texas at Texas, just like we blew out Notre Dame at Notre Dame. It's all equal in the end.

My guess is Michigan comes on top 17-14, though I wouldn't be suprised if OSU won either. Both teams are excellent and easily the top 2 teams in the nation. I just hope that they get to meet again in the BCS championship game, that would be great for both schools, the Big Ten, and in general would draw a huge crowd across the US.

I'm so pumped for the big game. The Columbus population is expected to triple on Saturday. I hope the game lives up to the expectations. Buckeyes 28 Michigan 17. Ohio State just has too much depth and skills at each and every position. Watch for some big special team plays.

44 degrees, 103rd matchup, Ohio Stadium, Columbus, Ohio November 18th, 2006, 3:30 PM EST, ABCHD

DON'T MISS IT!!!

GO BUCKS!!!!

If you think Michigan is so good, why did Michigan almost lost some games against mediocre teams? Come Saturday, we'll all see just how good Michigan is. Ohio State blew just about every team out of the water and what was the score when Ohio State beat #2 at the time Texas? We blew Texas away as well as Penn State and Iowa.

Michigan will NOT score more than 10 points because Ohio State has a killer offense and a stellar defense

I hope you will be at the game so i can see all the Michigan fans crying and look stupid on national television because they lost to Ohio State and we all can laugh our @$$es off at you Michigan fans

SCREW BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO BUCKEYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Choke...
...The official drink of Michigan football

When Michigan loses, we'll ask you "What's your excuse this year"?

well, for this game I am. but not for the obvious reasons.....
See, I am a Notre Dame fan.
What I am hoping for is this.....
UM beats OSU.
ND Beats USC
OSU & ND ends up meeting again in a bowl game so we can whoop their butts and get some revenge for that shameful appearance that we made last year.
Wow, talk about a shot in the dark, but at least I have hope.....which is more than I can say for OSU after this weekend......
OR
OSU beats UM
ND beats USC
ND gets to play UM in a bowl game and we get revenge for that sucky showing we had earlier this year......

See, either way, it could be a good game......
