I'm a heir to a fairly large estate and as far as i know i will be able to access the trust when I turn 21, because the trust fund was put under the Texas uniform transfer to minors act. This is the only stipulation that I know that the trust is under. This is stated in the will. I just want to know if any other stipulations that were set up on the trust by the deceased would have to be in the will also?

How would I get a copy of the trust document?

Find out who the trustee or successor trustee for the trust is, the person who has fiduciary responsibility for the assets in the trust (no, it's not you). Read the trust document that outlines who exactly gets control of the money, when, and for what purpose. If the trust was written properly, it should override anything in the will. Under the UTMA act, money is irrevocably gifted to the minor, and controlled by a custodian until age 21, at which point the (no longer a) minor can take control of the assets without the custodian's consent.

Probably not, the trust document lays out all the stipulations...
